Organic Elemental (CHNS/O) Analyzer can determine nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, sulfur and oxygen in particulate matter. Organic Elemental (CHNS/O) Analyzer has a working principle based on dynamic combustion of the sample, automatically and simultaneously determines NC in a single analysis, and operates using a dual reactor system: the first reactor is for combustion and catalytic oxidation of combustion gases, the second is used for reducing nitrous oxide as N2. In addition, the Analyzer can also determine CHNS simultaneously or only sulfur by combustion and determination of oxygen by pyrolysis. The Organic Elemental (CHNS/O) Analyzer is equipped with two independent furnaces that allow the installation of two analytical circuits, which can be used sequentially and fully automatically via the Thermo Scientific™ MultiValve Control™ (MVC) Module.
