Gradient PCR is a method that can be used to determine the optimization of the annealing temperature in DNA which is carried out to increase the success of amplification. The temperature affects the process of attaching the primer to the DNA template.
PCR Gradient Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus gradient can accommodate 96 samples with 0.2 mL and 0.5 mL PCR tubes.
